I spent $10,500 on a 2013 Chevy Camaro, and within just two weeks of owning it, the engine had to be replaced. The shop kept my vehicle for an entire week, which resulted in me having to miss a full week of work. Despite knowing I was left without transportation, they did not offer a loaner or temporary vehicle. On top of the engine replacement, several other things were supposedly repaired, including my strut. I also specifically asked them to fix my A/C. Considering I had just spent over $10,000 on the vehicle, I was only expecting to pay for the additional smaller parts, which ended up costing me over $500 out of pocket. Now, my A/C still doesn't work, my heat doesn't work, and my radio doesn't work. On top of that, the strut they replaced is now causing an intermittent shaking issue because the bolt at the top was not properly tightened. My father, who is a mechanic and has been for the majority of his life, checked it and identified the issue. I brought the vehicle back to the shop and asked them to look at it,before having my father look at it and, They told me they had checked the entire front end and found absolutely nothing wrong. When I explained that I would be taking my vehicle somewhere else for a second opinion, I was told that it wouldn't hurt their feelings and that I shouldn't threaten them. I made it clear that I was not threatening anyone or trying to hurt anyone's feelings. I simply cannot continue risking my safety or putting more money into a vehicle that I just spent $10,500 on, especially when I'm only trying to prevent a potentially serious problem from happening. At this point, I'm extremely disappointed with the experience. I paid a significant amount of money expecting to have a reliable vehicle, and instead, I've dealt with repeated problems, missed work, additional expenses, and a lack of accountability. I shouldn't have to fight to get a vehicle properly repaired after spending this kind of money.

These guys are the best. Helpful. Honest. Fast. Reasonable. AND the lobby has massage chairs and water. So, go there and give them money to take care of your car or truck. They keep this beast maintained and in good repair.
